Shipping

Please note that due to the high volume of orders we expect a processing time of 5-7 working days and a shipping time of 1-2 working days in Germany.

Within Germany we charge a flat rate of 2,50€ shipping costs. From a purchase value of 30€ the shipping is free of charge. The shipping is done by DHL. The shipping costs for foreign countries are 4,90&euro. In the shipping costs are also fees for packaging, effort and much more. From an order value of 30€ we ship free of charge.

Shipping to a Packstation is currently not possible.

In this case send us a picture of the defective or wrong item and your order number by e-mail to support@maxorie.de.

Order

If you did not automatically receive an e-mail after placing your order, the e-mail you sent us was misspelled. Please contact us so that we can make the necessary changes.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. As you surely know, we constantly work on the improvement of our products and our service. Unfortunately, mistakes cannot always be avoided. Should something go wrong with you, we apologize from the bottom of our hearts and would like to help you as soon as possible!

Please send us a photo of the goods you received together with your order number and a sufficient description of your problem by e-mail to support@maxorie.de. We will then take care of the solution of your request as soon as possible!

As long as the processing is not completed, i.e. you have not received a tracking number, we can exchange the ordered item. This only applies to items that are not personalized / customized.

Be sure to read the description of the product you have ordered. All personalized / custom jewelry products may take longer than the regular processing time.

Payment

We offer PayPal, credit card, instant bank transfer and purchase on account (Klarna).

Our bills go through Klarna. You will receive your invoice by mail as soon as your goods have been shipped. You can also log in via the Klarna app or the Klarna portal, where you can view your invoice at any time.

Klarna does not approve all purchases. At the moment it is only for customers with a German delivery address.

Coupons & Discount Codes

You can enter your voucher in the payment process in the field "Discount code". There it will be deducted from your invoice amount.

That's not possible. You can use the voucher with your next order.

Only one voucher or discount code can be used per order.

Return & Refund

Please note the following information on a piece of paper and enclose it with your return:

- Names

- Order number (#......)

- the reason for the return, so that we know whether a replacement, exchange or refund is desired.

Please note that we do not yet bear the costs for the return shipment, also the return label has to be stamped before shipment.

At the moment we do not cover any return shipping costs. The costs are paid by the

Customer.

The refund will be made in the same way as you paid us.

Please note that we currently have a processing time for returns of 10-14 business days.
